something tells me the Wing Balancer would an annoying enemy to fight if it was in Armored Core, i hate enemies that keeps hopping like a frog,

Why did that female civilian come to help our MC? Did anime cut out anything about her reason from the novel?

As seen in the previous episode, she and the other civilians working in the mine are from an anti-war group that's sympathetic towards the Legitimacy Kingdom. More importantly, she's the same civilian Quenser tried to stop Charlotte from shooting in that same episode.

That was why I asked. She ran away from them after Charlotte shot at her and she returned to help them? If she will come back to help later why not told them "I'm your ally" insted of running away.

Because it's not a good idea to stay and try to convince people from a nation you are technically at war with and are currently trying to shoot you. She got scared when Charlotte shot her and ran away, a perfectly natural reaction. When she came back later she saw them in trouble, so she grabbed a pickaxe and saved Quenser.

Ah, but she didn't save the person who shot at her, she saved the person who saved her from being shot.
