I just bought the 3rd game and skipped the second one because its already been animated but when loading the 3rd game, it said that you can get bonus from loading the 2nd game.
what kind of bonus would you get?

If you had a Max BP char in the second game: a codex that doubles the BP gained.

Is the additional EXP and BP? (what's the use of BP?) useful? I haven't played the game yet, just bought it. Busy in grinding money for max persona and because of that, I haven't started yet.
The second game was animated and there are difference but is the game good enough to buy it, even though I already know what happen?

It's definitely worth playing the second game even if you've watched the anime. The emotional scenes in 3 rely on you caring about the characters and this where the anime failed the most. 2 is also a genuinely good game with one of my favourite casts in recent memory and the slice of life scenes are some of the most enjoyable I've seen in a visual novel. The plot is only a tiny part of what makes it so good (and the plot is only similar to the anime at it's most basic level anyway, the execution is completely different) so you're really doing yourself a disfavour if you skip it it just so you can find out what happens faster.

Including the time he was in deep deep sleep, he should be several centuries old. By physical age, I'd say somewhere between the early 20's to the early 30's. Just a guess from his mental skill set, having an elder brother who at the time didn't look 20-30ish with a wife and kid who looked around 10ish.

It's not a simple Remaster, that is clear due to it seemingly going to use the futari battle system, but at the same time I'm a little reluctant to call it a remake due to it seemingly using the same art/CG with some improvements(and how will the text and voices be? Will they rerecord or just simply try to clean up the existing recordings?).
Which is why I'm myself is using remaster/remake until I've seen more off it. Either way, I'm just happy it doesn't seem to be a quick and dirty remaster and some love and effort is given to it. |
