How about post what you HAVE seen so we can suggest titles that you haven't. Ghost Hound may or not may fit what you're looking for, but as I am quite bad with horror, I found it scary at times. Nevertheless, it's an excellent title whether it can be classified as a horror or not.

Mouryou no Hako. Not really a "jump" horror anime but creepy to the bone and very well done. Also the first season of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni.
