Personally, I'll be happy to see Misaka with ANYONE other then Touma. That said, Misaka doesn't seem to have much chance with Touma anyway.

Since Saten is holding her "weapon", I don't think they committed anything. The quartet must have gotten really popular, almost idol-like, and this is a shoot for a photo-book
