Hayate really needs to work on her messurements again. Signum's maid outfit needs to fit her better and contain her. Fetishes like that work better when you have to work your imagination more.

Actually, canon!Hayate has a very good eye for measurements. Blame the fan artists for making maid clothes too small for Signum's forms...
