Kyoko is the most powerful Puella Magi (without Homura: then Homura came). Mami has been surpassed by her own student... as for Sayaka... she's straightforward. Homura is the most powerful Puella Magi thanks to time traveling

Madoka is important... and I think I wanna buy this one.

Actually, the "Japan only" thing depends on whether your device is an iOS device or an Android device (as I am able to pick up Japanese apps on the Android Marketplace).

An update on the Madoka app: I went online last night to check it out. It turns out that Android devices are region locked (meaning that most Japanese apps aren't available in America unless they're region free). However, it appears that some Android phones can get around that through Market Enabler.
