Can someone explain to me what port forwarding is and how to do it? I'm lost. I really want to netplay with my friend.

Well, download and install it. Start and join a existing group, creating a nickname for yourself. After that just copy the IP of your friend there and digit it in network Ougon. As for the port, you can use the default (07700 if I'm not mistaken).

Need to play a bit online, does it have a new group or something?

So my friend and I put each other's IP addresses into the Network ID slot in Join Existing group, and then attempt netplay like normal?

Well, whoever host a game don't need their own IP, only put the delay and the port (usually 07700). If you want to join a game, copy the person's IP that appears in Hamachi and put it in the game. Works that way.

I'd assume so, you digit his IP (the Hamachi created IP I assume, not his usual one) in Hamachi before you do it in Ougon to create a bridge between you and the hoster's IP since you didn't port forward. Not that I've ever tried, but it seems pretty straight forward.

Well, I made hamachi groups but next to no one plays. I'm always up for games when I'm avalaible, but I guess it's just me.

Looks like a fascinating moveset, she needs those kakera to float around her to pull of her normals.
Meta Boost does something to the Meta Timer, so I assume it does literally boost how long it lasts.

Eh, looks like she did in the VN. The anime gave her a flat chest...but that chest is a little too big.

On the patch notes, it sounds like they've done something to Stunboost, Massacre and Ultraper. Maybe Lambda doesn't utterly nerf her partner now xD

Let's see...

Her first SP move (cat's straight-foward attack) is a bit meh. There's a delay between the fourth and fifth cat at some distance.
Her beam's SP resembles Black Battler's. But that's ok.
Meta Boost enhances the time of duration of Meta World. Actually, the Meta Bar depletes longer than usual. That's a monster ability if used correctly.

In general, Bern's much more agressive than Lambda. Cool.

And, a side note, maybe with Bern's release' we'll get new BGMs. I'll bet in Ressurrected Replayer, The Executioner and Lastend Conductor.

The Executioner would be awesome.
Definitely didn't see the Kakera gimmick coming, it's sure to make her a bit more interesting.
Looking at the end, it seems she has the same jump canceling mechanic as Erika, guess it was to be expected.

It's interesting she is the only character with Double jump AND Air dash combined.
Her kakera fragments only show up when she isn't attacking, or that is the feeling it gave me considering how the last combo in the video spawned none, and that was a considerable amount of time for a fragment to spawn.

It's an interesting character, to say the least. ALSO, some patchnotes were uploaded, if anyone can translate them, I will put them below in the quote.
