I wish they'd come up with a better translation for Fu-girl. None of the ones used for the manga really work, but "Rotty" and "Rotten girl" are at least descriptive. Likewise, "Porn agent" works better than "Ero-manga G-man" -- for that matter, the comedy would be a lot funnier if they said "porn" instead of "ero".

Good first episode. I liked what the director (who also directed and storyboarded the first week) did with this. Whether I'll last more than a few episodes remains to be seen, but I enjoyed the humour of this first episode. And a few episodes of enjoyment is worth something. The writer did Ben-Tou, and I felt a bit of the controlled madness of that show here, too.

You have to feel a mixture of delight and repulsion when everyone is declaring so proudly that they like porn. It's nice to have something as wholeheartedly wrong as this.

I've made a characters/seiyuus page for this show, with pics of the characters and their seiyuus, and a bit of info about each seiyuu.

The "G-man" was played by Kobayashi Yuu.

Watched the episode and read the manga a lot as well. The Working vibe is really strong with this one. Considering that Working's manga is ending in three (or was it four?) chapters, the timing of this series couldn't be better.

It's rather unusual to see a comiket preparation and outing all done in one episode. Speaking of the which, is there a name for the instrumental piece played during the anime comiket event, or is that an original piece?

Wasn't gut-bustingly funny, but doable. Liked how the government official turned out to be a closet ero book lover.

This show reminds me of Genshiken, which I also had trouble getting into at first, but loved the more I watched it. Maybe this show can do the same.

Almost dropped this in the first few minutes after seeing the designs. Glad I didn't, this was surprisingly enjoyable.

Episode 2 was kind of confusing for me.

Mainly dealing with Fu-Girl. I just can't pinpoint what kind of character she's suppose to be, and what I gathered from episode 2, is that she's just too bonkers for me take realistically. Like I get it, the rest of the cast are crazy in their own way, but they're for the most part, normal with a few otaku-ish mannerisms. Fu-Girl is just full crazy, and I just can't make sense of her even taking into account she's insane. Also, her teeth.

The ball rolling part was weird. Do girls really get grossed out by anything that's just ball shaped?

To be honest, I find arangement of this adaptation pretty terrible. If I remember correctly that fair was amalgame of three different events and thanks to that lot of jokes came out completely flat... as well as Fugal and Sommelier interaction.

To be honest with few exception of few moments I was bored

The second episode felt flat and left me pretty bored. Don't know if this series warrants the three episode test so probably will drop it.

Hrm. Well, that is not my sense of humor taste wise on the whole. I thought maybe 15% of the ep was funny. The rest was not. At all. If this is how the series will be in the main it is not my cup of tea. Ah well. Perhaps I will give it one more ep.

ugh I remeber this series well the anime has a good start just some of the choices the author makes is a bit meh in my opinion but either way a good fun and laugh is what everyone deserves.
