I've just watched this OVA and was going to post a few screenshots in the thread. And there wasn't even a thread for it! I'm still hoping that I've made a blunder at searching by missing out on the existing thread. This was pretty amazing. It's just a compliation of visual accompanied by soft, gentle background music and no perceivable dialogues. Serene and peaceful. The synopsis doesn't do this show any justice. You will just have to watch it to appreciate.
Much like looking through a window, Iblard Jikan explores the fantastic and beautiful world of Iblard by panning through art created by Naohisa Inoue. Iblard shows itself to be nothing short of amazing and will wash serenity over your mind.

Well ... I watched this yesterday and ... well, it is as monir has described to be sure. The art style reminds me of a cross between impressionism and the "watercolor style animation" I.G. is good at.

I found it rather ... well ... boring to be honest. Although the animation was obviously well done technically.

But others may enjoy it much more than I did!
