That doesn't give any more credence to Yuji being part of a twin. If there are no other references, I can only say that the ambiguous conversation in the anime failed to bring up the fact solidly, and any theory on him being part of a twin must have clearly come from content in the light novels.

I do not mind if the third season will be the last. I just want it to be really mastepiece made, even better than first season.
Anyway my opinion is that it will be a third season. I'm not much of a manga/novel reader, but there are so many questions concerning the anime ending like: Spoiler for DO NOT READ! if you didn't finish the whole anime.:

actually there something slightly wrong with that. they cut the part with the merge from vol 14 of the novel. Vol 16 is the current novel is about shana and co finding out about what happened to Yuji. And vol 15 was essentially all flash back.
