Eh, a gaming PC built to run PSO2 won't really cost that much. I'm getting pretty good results and pretty much no noticeable lag with my old rig: i5 2400 3.0 Ghz CPU, 8GB RAM, GTX 580. RAM aside everything else on it was put together in 2011.

(Albeit atm I'm running an Asus GTX 750 Ti Strix since the 580 died)

Never going to happen. I know there is an exploit for the ps4, but that was on a really old firmware.
To be honest the ps4 isn't bad for crossplattform online games. PSO2, FFXIV and there was another titles all support kb+m+DS4(at the same time!). Only concern is the heat coming out of it, I'm pretty sure I could melt a candle with it.

BTW people usually use lag for network lag or input lag, framerate is something different.

my 1400 pt for a Graphic 5 is still going good during my normal
play just some drop in frame rate here and there
my notebook has a little bit problems and need to go checking and my pc is already 6-7 year

so I might consider built a powerful PC this time

We manage to see an actual peaceful City inside ARKS ship at last

as for storymode
I start to feel like we're an npc in rpg game playing support role for real this time

FFXIV X PSO2 Collabo scheduled on Summer.

Quite curious how they will deal with Odin's mechanics considering tanking and such is practically inexistent in PSO2.

More like all we need to do is dodge his AOE attack...
while DPS him fast enough or all of us will get split in half

I also heard unconfirmed rumor that FFXIV will get Magatsu..
consider FFXIV mechanic ... that would be one hell of a raid boss if the whole party don't know what to do

One 'problem' I can see if its 2020 release window is shared with a certain CDPR title...

One thing for sure this news manage to attract a lot of attention this E3.
and with full contents people could easily skip boring Episode without endure it for year

but now that I think about it if they go for tri-episode
then that mean next year story will be entirely new conflict
and current EP6 is at its peak too

And it would appear, based on this posting (and additions to their website) that signups to the XBox One closed beta are available in the US and Canada (XBox.com reference). The Windows 10 beta is planned for some unspecified subsequent debate, and is likely to use the same signup process.
