I don't know what the hell is going on. Kotobukiya seems to be going the Bandai way, where they will release many peculiar designs via 1/144 and keep a few protagonist units as big scale, even though they may not have had a 1/144. 1/144 has the luxury of having multiple Beta strains and simplicity, though gimmicks and accessories are grossly limited. Overall, I still think the Kotobukiya Takemikazuchis are still are bit too short legged.

Kotobukiya sculpt in general including SRWOG isn't that good except for the HMM Zoids series and Zone of the Enders. I am eagerly waiting for HMM Z Knights. Five Star Stories x Zoids?

Anyway I am sticking to my A3s.

- Have to agree with that. I'm mainly getting them because I prefer building my mechs as opposed to buying them pre-made--I'm biased, I like putting them together so that I can improve on what's there.

Remember also that Kotobukiya doesn't have Bandai's facilities or economies of scale.. They're mainly a figure company. Most of their robot kit experience is with Armored Core, and they've slowly been adding more stuff to that. Also, I'm finding the newer 1/144 TSFs are getting better---I was okay with my Yui Takemi, I found the Tarisa Shiranui Second to be better. The Strike Eagle is comfortable enough for me to mod with few issues. I'm looking at the YF-23 next, and given what I've seen in Hobby Japan magazine, it's going to be good.

Quick question. This place seems to be the most active Muv-luv forum and it also looks like a lot of the posters here are located in Malaysia/Singapore. Would it be inappropriate to approach interested buyers here?

You can try PM-ing them if you want.

You can leave a single post with the stuff you want to sell, and trade through PM if you want. Otherwise you can try posting on HWzone or SGcafe forums.

What are you trying to sell or buy?

Seal it in a glass case.

Seriously, glass cabinet. I don't know if the plastic on A3s fade from exposure to sunlight, you may want to topcoat it with Mr Colpor UV safe spray.

I might be moving out soon and I can't take my Muv-luv stuff with me. Thinking of letting go all my Kotobukiya, A3 and Revoltech toys/kits. I guess I'll prepare a list and see how it goes.

Thanks for the advise guys.

Do what I'm thinking of doing, and I will kill everything you love.

Holy crap what have I started?

I don't think I have any of those rare stuff. Definitely no Berkut or Terminator. I'll have to compile a list soon and upload it as pdf or something. And definitely no figurines. Strictly mechas only.

- [Vanguard Voice]Imagine this! You are surrounded by the peopel of Animesuki's Muv-Luv Forums. They slowly, slowly but frighteningly turn into BETA in front of your eyes!

They slowly advance on you, mumbling Their greatest desire: to take your figures and eat you alive!!! FINAL TURN!!![/Vanguard Voice]

...yeah. You might have needed to prepare yourself better for this. Most ML merch is hard to come by at best, ebay-hauntingly impossible at worst.
