Somehow reached episode 7:
Just the standard fare... characters are cute, but some parts are very boring.. as in I had to yawn a couple of times. Opening song is pleasant to listen to. So far, the only character who stood out for me is Hiyo-chan, she's the girl who often wear headphones. Episode 3 and 7 are the better episodes. Ikehashi is funny too at times. I'm friends irl with a producer of a small local idol group, and I wonder if he experiences some of the same things Ikehashi experienced. This anime is not very good, but still watchable when don't have anything else to watch. Current score is 5/10.

Haha. I guess I'm the only one who loves this 2018 show, which I have just discovered. Very little tension, lots of good feelings and small problems solved. Familiar characters and themes, but a nice take on them. And I am a bit of an idol fan, so I enjoy the setting. I get good feelings from this show, even if it is aimed at 12-year-olds, lol. I've watched six eps and enjoyed them all.
Lovely character design. Studio Deen's normal triangular chins and easy forms to draw, but with a shot of light and colour that makes them very attractive...to me. Some interesting seiyuu among the relative newbies: Seto Asami, Ogura Yui, Uesaka Sumire, Numakura Manami, Fuchigami Mai, Hirakawa Daisuke. And the lesser-known names do a decent job, too.
