ehhhh It happened that I was worried about..... they changed the funny part of the manga that included Angie's night assult at sleeping Yoichi...... in manga that was one of funniest scenes..... yet in anime they changed that scene completly little sad (well in manga that scene was very ecchi so maybe that's why ^^)

But anyway It's sad that they had to change that scene ;/ hmm next episode will include that green haired sister Chihaya [cant remember her name if its wrong then correct me ^^]

Thats a tough choice Kenjiharima both girls are great and nice pics btw. Right now it seems Ayame is the running favorite so far not sure on whose 2nd and 3rd. I would love to see a character popularity poll.

Episode 2 wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be after reading your posts. This is nothing like Love Hina and Ibuki is nothing like Naru... The problem with LH wasn't even the beatings, it was the way the girls treated him in general. Calling him looser, humiliating him, no respect at all... At one point the samurai chick used one of her sword moves on him just to prove to her friend that she was still the same old man-hating lesbian... And Naru didn't seem care for Keitaro nearly as much as he cared for her, it's like she just settled for him, that he should be thankful that a girl like her is even making eye contact with a guy like him… That was the annoying part, the disrespect more so than the beatings…

This series is not quite there yet. I'm not a big fan of slapstick comedy but I guess I can take this much...

Nn~, I really can't understand how one can be annoyed by that (just a manga...)... I realize why, but, un, can't understand that feeling.

It didn't used to bother me back in the day either, but now I just can't take it. Animes like Amaenaideyo or Night Wizard, where the girls are stupidly mean to the guy for no real good reason... And not just the physical violence, but a complete lack of respect for the guy. Violence can be seen as a form of affection depending on how you show it, but bullying just ruins my enjoyment of a show.

Well first girl to get my eye was Ayame, but it was the figures that I first saw, then when it got animated, I saw Chihaya...man Iam really torn now!

I think the animation WILL affect the popularity in some ways or the other, not basing on the manga.

This series keeps continuing on being interesting. More character development and more interesting characters appearing. I want to see more other sides of Ibuki and Yoichi kicking more a$$.

Instead of fighting bra-and-panties, they apparently raided Synclavia from Macademi's closet. Now, depending on who you're talking to, that may even be sexier. There's just something about a woman in leather... That said, another good episode. Good voice work by Yui Makino and Hitomi Nabatame, and the expanding of the love dodecahedron. Seeing the "Washizu Vision" and "Tsubasa Vision" segments is something I'll always get a small laugh out of for how over exaggerated they are. Lots of SD here too. There are character songs planned for the four Ikaruga sisters, but if Lantis wants to give one to Tsubasa and Angela, I wouldn't be opposed. Last edited by Midonin; 2009-01-22 at 19:14.

They're more than capable of amping up the fanservice. Looks like another series I'll have to drop this season... __________________

Spoiler for 03: So, why is Yoichi's head wanted even though he shouldn't even be known because he crew up completely isolated in the mountains, so it's kind of hard making a foe when you don't interact with any humans beings, just animals...
