The OP's lack of quality rings so many alarm bells. I don't even know why they bothered making an anime when they can't get past the OP without spraying repellents across the screen.

I generally try to give anything at least 3 eps to make a case for itself, but if you find it that nauseating then don't strain yourself. I'm sure it's an acquired taste, and there are certainly other shows that do many of the things this show does better. I don't know of any where the boy has to abandon his love of girls' thighs (which I assume is why the camera always focuses there) and pretend to be hard gay, or any where the girls are quite this scared of the boy or this extremely lacking in common sense, but overall much of what's here has been done. I'm sure no one will judge you for not enjoying this; just don't judge me for finding this hilarious.

Also, as an addition to someone else's comment about the girls' skirts being excessively short, I noticed that they were also exceptionally thin or form-fitting despite not being tight. Generally a skirt will hang over the posterior somewhat loosely, concealing its shape somewhat in the pleated design. These skirts define the posterior exceptionally well, more than they have any business doing.

Also, I noticed that the animators decided to change one aspect of the story from the get-go. When Kimito stood before the entire student body, he was supposed to see a group extending from preschool to college in age; instead, every last one of them are clearly high school girls.

this episode was just too funny. Comedy Gold. Also this really spoke to me

As for the episode, I liked it, liked the good pace and it's even funnier to see it in motion and that kidnapping has to be the most disturbingly funny thing i've ever seen.

Kimito, he should tell Miyuki and the Headmaster Sayuri that there won't be a Yamato Nadeshiko at this rate.
Raising them into Yamato Nadeshiko, for having a Headmaster such as Sayuri, it is hard to believe.

Tough luck for Kimito, I think he is going to have lot of headaches afterwards.
I truly wish him luck to straighten the female students anyway he can, especially things about commoners.

Kimito is of course attracted to Reiko out of all other female students I guess.
Reiko, she tried so hard to be perfect returning things to the owner, but.

Aika, Kimito's first friend in his new school.

Eri, Kimito's childhood friend.
I'm actually curious what kind of action she is going to take considering her character and since Kimito is away from his previous school.

The Casting Voice, the actors are all unfamiliar, and I think it is fine with the performance in this episode.
At least to me, I did not feel any awkwardness.
I have hope for this series.

Note: I'm not going to talk about those muscle men. Headaches because of clueless students about commoners in Seikain All-Girls School are more than enough as it is.

Ah, yes. "Desu Wa" the anime.

Sylphin would be proud.

Silver Link is animating two shows this season and you can easily tell they don't have the resources to give the anime the attention it deserves. Not that it's bad, but the animation is very... lazy and uninspired. Luckily the material and content itself was enough to keep my interest through the first episode.

I am a little puzzled by why the writers needed a capital crime to get the story started. Felt like kind of an odd choice for a comedy. I hope this is just a single instance and not a trend.

So, at the very beginning, when he was on the podium and all the girls stated raising their hands, I really could only think of one thing:

Nazis.

I'm not really sure what's wrong with me, but that would have been an interesting direction to take the story...

So stupid it's brilliant. Absurdity is my kind of humour. And Aika is so touching, so moe. Nice work again by Serizawa Yuu (Youko in Jitsu wa, watashi...). In fact, good voices all round: Oonishi Saori as the maid Miyuki, fast-rising Tamaru Atsushi as our hero (he's also Ayato in Asterisk). The drawing/animation is not the best, but for me it does its job.

Yeah, this is just something you turn your brain off if you want to get through to it. I mean for example, if there's ANYONE who would be familiar with a smartphone, it would be the wealthy, so it doesn't make sense that these girls don't know anything about it. Not to mention that the wealthy children are usually portrayed as selfish brats who doesn't think about commoners at best, or thinks commoners are their slaves at worst, makes me think that everything is so ridiculous that its done entirely on purpose.

To what end? To be honest, all that 'prim and proper' etiquette where everything is done as a 'proper lady' would do, set in an all-girl school that is largely detached from the outside world, on top of the only male presence that interacts with the academy is supposedly into 'manly muscle fetish', makes me think this is parodying stuff like Maria-sama ga Miteru. And really, it's my main reason for enjoying this show more than I should be.

Just too bad that this show gets the short end of the stick, as not only does it look the worst of the three Silver Link shows this cour, but it looks like the director doesn't seem to have a penchant for comedy. I mean, so many things they could have done differently, as the punchlines are understated, or just misses the mark entirely. For that my sympathies, as I personally struggled with comedic writing as it isn't my forte as well.

Some of you need to realize (like someone already pointed out in an earlier comment) that the girls in this academy have basically lived all of their lives in there without any kind of contact from the real world apart from their families, each other and the school staff and the only men they know/have interacted with are their fathers and brothers and possibly some butlers (but again they live away from them) and they are fine with them but that's because they are family, they are sheltered beyond sheltered.

P.S. None of this is a spoiler it's just common sense derived from what information the first episode has made available, it's really not that difficult to grasp.

But I like how he is in a school full of beautiful, truly innocent Ojou-samas, beautiful, naughty maids and beautiful and strict teachers, yet he can't do anything else he gonna lose his wiener. xD

That Eri though, telling the scounts her childhood friend likes muscle men and now he is in a school which would be the dream of every horny teenage boy and he is the STAR in it too! because he is a pleb.^^

I liked it so far. Though there is no way those high-class girls never heard about a smartphone before. They must have lived behind the moon or something like that to miss something like that. xD
