For the looks of it this will become a battle for followers and the one with the most get to be the new god of the world. With yukito at her side there is no way mitama will lose.

Well, one way or another, the village is finally free from the Empire! Time to celebrate! Complete with maid cosplay Bertrand and Alural in a bikini top !

Somehow I'm not surprised Roy is 100% ready to perv on Loki now that he knows she's a woman...any more than I'm surprised Loki made him feel up some dudes' tits thinking it was hers .

Well, Loki is pretty jovial and happy for one last party with the gang before heading off on her own, leaving it likely they won't see each other again until they've beaten the other Archons and have to face off against her .

Bertrand is a man again! Except not. Well, now Bertrand is joining up with Loki so he can take care of the Empire, so it's sad to see him go...though it seems like Yukito was worried enough about him to actually investigate where he went. Will that be what Siluril is doing next week ?

Poor Atar has no identity or idea of what to do with her self without the Assembly. Yukito preys on her insecurities and promises to help her rebuild it so he can get her on her side and manipulate her, using how she's basically a child to his advantage, and while it's very underhanded...I can't deny that at least it gives her something to live for .

Mitama and Atar are now fellow loli Gods! And I guess Atar is going to start wearing clothes now too, and be the combat God that more people might actually like than Mitama because she can more effectively save them. Mitama's never going to live that down .

Time to infiltrate a sex cult run by the Archon Dakini! It's just too bad Siluril didn't join them. I guess even she has her limits .

I didn't have Mikako Komatsu as a busty bespectacled sex worker on my bucket list for this show any more than I did Rie Takahashi as a tan twintailed gyaru God who uses her powers to make people horny and jump each others' bones but you just can't predict this show .

I'm a little disappointed Yukito gets his wits about him and didn't seal the deal with Alural coming onto him...though I guess we have Mitama throwing Roy through a wall for trying to jump her to thank for making everybody come to their senses. So now there's a naked Roy in the wind .

So Riche has never actually taken someone to bed, though she's got horny enough on the brain that just the fantasy of Yukito seducing her and assaulting her is enough to make her orgasm and wet herself. And she wants to take down the cult too? Is she joining the team after this ?

At least Yukito is pretty transparent when he is being utter scum. Not to the people he's manipulating of course, but at least to the audience .

On the positive side, it does at least give Atar something to live for. It's a lie and may only be to have her trust once again shattered, but it's something. The sad reality is that she could easily end up where she was once again. Since Yukito and Loki are no different in manipulating this girl. Heck, both probably think they are doing so for a good and useful cause. But no one really cares about that girl which is kind of sad. Really have to hope that she either gives up on the whole "rebuilding the Empire" before finding out she's been deceived or has people legitimately in her corner when things go bad.

I'm happy to have Atar around though. She's cute and is pretty great when thrown into a fight. I just hope she's not left unhappy by the end. Of course this show will probably end long before she finds out she's been lied to...so it's all good .

On the positive side having two deities is handy. They specialize in different areas and can really accomplish quite a bit. On the downside...for some reason the faith count is split between them. That'll put them at some disadvantage since their opponents will probably often have more followers than either Mitama or Atar individually.

Honestly Yukito was a bit naive. Already knew going in that Dakini's power was love. And considering the powers shown by Atar and Loki it wasn't going to be something normal like drugged food or aphrodisiac candles. While his knowledge of religious cults is useful he really can't treat these as 1:1 situations. Cults aren't actually using magic. These ones effectively are. He held on fairly well on his own, but honestly without Mitama's immunity and busting into that room things might have gone all the way.

The censorship wasn't great... Hopefully they wrap things up with this group next week so we don't have to see them try to badly censor for too much longer. I will admit to being curious what the heck is going on with Riche. How the heck has she gone that long in this group without sleeping with anyone? I can guess at her wanting the group destroyed because she's sick and tired of others being satisfied while she's not getting anything...but I'm not sure how she's gotten into that situation.

Looks like Bertrand and Loki are going to refurbish the capital now that it's in dissary without the assembly, all part of Loki's plan to make herself a God .

So Riche was basically inducted into Dakini's sex cult and used her knowledge from the smut novel...I mean, forbidden texts to get by and make people think she's a complete and professional slut even though she's never had sex. And she finally wants out. At least it seems like she and Alural are bonding over their shared love of porn !

Mitama is losing a lot of followers, which I guess is unsurprising seeing how effective and popular Atar is. She and Siluril are getting pretty chummy too .

So the best way to get at Dakini is to undermine her authority and make it seem like Riche is even more knowledgeable about sex, coupled with sex toys and stimulants! Even putting them on trial, Riche has won enough people over that Dakini can't kill her without inciting more problems! Clever Yukito .

I want to say I'm surprised Roy betrayed the group because Dakini said some nice things to him and introduced him to masturbation, but...no, this is pretty in-line with Roy's character at this point .

I love how Yukito just wanted to teach Riche amazing acting skills and she immediately assumed he was going to assault her and she's into non-consensual sex. She really poured her heart into that acting though .

I guess I'm not surprised Dakini is straight up going to kill them in their cells and save herself the trouble, though with Mitama seemingly down for the count I'm not sure how the group is getting out of this one .

Beltran joined Loki in the last episode. Her reason is to protect people, but he was a merciless killer. It is mostly like she wants her manhood back, and Loki gives her that illusion. In the new episode, she is disgusted by what happened at the capital.

Loki doesn't care, as long her life is entertaining. She is waiting Yukito to entertain her.

Yukito told Loki he would to anything, including dirty trick to win. His mean is to justify the end, which is protecting his village. Like father like son, Yukito is becoming like his father, who he despises. He knows people's preferences. He uses ice cream to acquire Atar's friendship. When Yukito gives hug to hug, he shows off the infamous Death Note laugh.

Atar kills monster and protect villagers and travelers. She becomes the center of faith quickly.

Dakini's Love Hotel temple of worship is more like manifesto of ero manga. When people get turn on, they have heart signs in their eyes. It even has the joke on several overused ero manga story plot.

they overused the pixles and roy... I seriously hope he is done after this arc and disappear forever, he is just scum and he is not even funny. I don't care if it's a plan of him to save them at the end I just need him to disappear.

Admittedly I'm not shocked at Roy's betrayal. They won him over instantly at the start with Mitama being extremely cute. But while Yukito was good on giving people in general reasons to keep believing, Roy wasn't really in the same boat. Everyone treating him like trash would eventually lose any thrill it had for him. Kind of give credit to Dakini. Found a way to keep Roy happy enough with his situation without actually having to compel anyone to have sex with him...The guy is trash, but I don't think it took that much effort to make him turn.

Is funny that Atar is just absorbing all the faith with Mitama gone. Thank goodness she's got little ambition or understanding of how she could leverage her situation. Or even if the Dakini group fell...there wouldn't be anywhere for Yukito and company to go back home to. Though would be fitting considering the way Yukito is using the people around him. Especially since he still refuses to actually put any real faith into Mitama himself.

Not a bad move to kill the main cast in their cells secretly. People may be shaken slightly when they never see Riche again, but it's a much more minor issue than if she was allowed to stay alive. Public execution is also completely off the table here. Got to get this done quietly.

Episode 8 gets delayed a week
We all saw this coming, but I'm also kinda surprised they didn't just do a full episode using incomplete scenes just for the sake of lols
The anime that literally plastered an anime head on real video cared about quality...?

Starting off the episode strong with naked Dakini! We even get to see her in the barely covering anything Archon uniform! Nice !

So Dakini thought she was designed with the intention of making people in the capitol copulate, but instead she was designed to erase love and feelings so the machine that is the Empire could make artificial, loveless, babies to keep the population in check. Dakini obviously didn't care for the idea to the point where she made a little rebellion of introducing smut novels, but things really changed for her when she met the last child capable of love, Toka .

Toka still felt love. She may have been a child, but she was fascinated by sex too. And together she and Dakini spent their days together blissful and happy to see whatever lewd thing that caught their eye. Of course it all ended in a tragedy when Toka was cuffed and dragged to an isolation camp where she was killed for having sex and giving birth, which broke Dakini and made her truly turn against the Empire for the sake of returning love to this world .

I knew when they didn't mention the baby being killed and how similar they looked that Riche was Toka's daughter...funny how fate works .

Yukito has plans within plans! He had Atar racking up followers and Siluril as backup in case they got caught and needed a rescue! And that's not even getting into how he was able to maneuver Mitama and Roy into the positions he needed them to be in .

Dakini's Final Form! Which is basically a sexy demonic succubus! It's very fitting. And of course her powers are to drive everyone into relentless horniness .

So is Siluril coming on to Yukito a sign that she is attracted to him and just holding herself back for her sister or just Dakini's spell? I don't think Atar is sexually attracted to Yukito but she was coming on to him too. Though I'm almost kind of bummed we could've had a four-way before they got interrupted .

Mitama is back! With Riche's followers boosting her up! She even prostrated herself profusely towards the REAL Dakini to get her to take away the Archon's powers, all for Yukito !

Of course that vine had to be holding Alural upside down so we could see her panties .

I knew the one thing that could turn Roy back into the fold was the idea that if he just turned on Dakini women would like him...and Mitama's a woman, right? Kind of? So obviously that would mean she'd fall for him too. Ironclad logic! Though Roy probably didn't mind groping Dakini either .

Well, Dakini's defeated (and utterly naked), but she finally sees Toka in Riche and realizes how she messed up and left in tears with nothing left but the love she had for Toka. It's kind of sad .

So it was dakini behind the emotionless people in the empire. I get what dakini wants but she was going in the wrong way, sex is only one part of love. I'm sure she is going to join the yukito party now, they are becoming really strong now.

Even trying to redeem himself, roy is just disgusting scum.

If I were them, I'd banish Roy. He's shown he cannot be trusted. At the very least, I'd be holding him at extreme arms length.

Power mode Dakini had a sexy outfit, but regular Dakini was more attractive. If I were Mitama, when she was appealing to the real Dakini she should've been like "doesn't it bother you, this cheap knockoff claiming your name and powers?" to try to illicit some aid.

Also way back in episode 2 they made a special point to mention it's not just pure numbers that matter; how they come to their faith makes a big difference in power. I'm surprised that has not come up again since, at least, not that I recall seeing.

I really wonder what about Yukito made Mitama this determined to help him. Just sending him to the kind of world he was asking for was already quite the effort on her part. But she's been consistent about helping him out all the time and even bowing down to Gods that are lower ranked than herself to help him. And all while he isn't a legitimate follower. He's willing to use her abilities, but he doesn't truly believe in her beyond that.

They pushed things as far as they really could with this stuff. Atar getting the honor of really being put through the ringer. Never good for a combat type when she gets hit by a status effect like that.

Everything worked out. Although it really was a bit of a stretch. Like Mitama regaining her powers that quickly. Did he have the entire village hanging right outside so they could immediately start believing in Mitama again? Considering she also had to negotiate with Dakini (which I'm not sure if that Yukito's idea or not) it seems a lot happened in almost no time at all.

Good at least for Dakini in finding out her friend's child was still alive. It doesn't take away the pain, but at least that is something. And presuming she isn't going to be killed off, she should be able to spend time with Riche going forward.

Roy is scum...but he did get the job done here. Plus I can only see this kind of opponent having any real ability to make him change sides. Status quo should be resumed. Everyone will treat Roy like trash and he'll be creepy as heck most of the time.

I was getting enough of roy in this but then they add another worthless character in gaia that is looking to be a female roy now.

It's getting hard to keep going and it's sad because this was one of my favorites this season.

Dakini is all wrapped up nice and naked in a cell and she's ready for whatever Yukito will throw at her! She's definitely not going to make it easy because she's game for anything. Befitting a sex Goddess .

Figures Yukito would be able to use Dakini and Riche's connection to help sway Dakini to his side, getting her to go along with Riche to join their groups together and meaning all of Riche's followers would through Riche fall under Mitama to increase her followers. Even had Yukito playing along in a domination play by Riche to prove her loyalty to Dakini...which, for a girl whose never had a sex, she plays a dominatrix REALLY well. We even get her, Alural, and Siluril in Dominatrix outfits! Good job taking one for the team Yukito !

I love how Roy is just being carried along the cart by rope and they also leave him passed out naked in the back of the truck. Serves him right .

Oh no! Attack of the CGI monsters! Not even Atar's 8-Bit CG powers and still higher follower count than Mitama can help them !

Mitama is so smug about all her followers and trying to rub it in to Atar, who is so blunt and straightforward that she just plainly thinks Mitama with no problem. Kind of takes the fun out of it .

Oh no, not the village! Although everyone praying to Mitama (while holding in their own selfish desires) and buttering her up gets her to use up all her power again to restore the village. The return of drained Mitama! Perfect time to celebrate with some sexy Alural covered in booze !

I should've known Roy would only save a girl so he could perv on her...and it turns out she's Gaia, voiced by Ami Koshimizu, who can throw quite the punch and controls the CG beasts...or at least she would if she had enough followers, so she's basically powerless. Oh and she loves the cuties and immediately goes full Yuri kiss on Atar and immediately tries to hook up with Mitama. Yeah, it's still that kind of show .

Time to return to the Capital! Which has seen some changes! Like Bertrand being a Black Knight! Except she's still a mess and can't even fight in it, and has accomplished virtually nothing. I'm glad she rejoined the cast at least, they kind of appreciate her !

Loki with the fairly skimpy outfit, amazing abs, and followers worthy of the Final Boss! Taking over for the Emperor has basically turned all the Empire's citizens into her followers! Good thing Yukito has enough of a poker face to make her think he's not intimidated, but his real plan is to turn Mitama into an idol. I guess if this is going to be a popularity contest, may as well lean into it .

Poor Bertrand feels utterly useless and is desperate to feel needed...and Yukito knows what buttons to push to make her even more loyal to him, especially when he needs her infiltration skills. Also, her new skintight ninja outfit is quite nice to look at !

I was kind of wondering if Gaia was going full pedo by trying to pick those kids up, but turns out her religious sect is one that worships her as a mother...which is still super problematic (especially if these kids actually had parents) but at least not as worse as the alternative .

Oh boy! Yukito has Bertrand all hot and bothered! And Dakini is able to turn up Bertrand's attraction to him into full blown lust to the point where she's slicing his pants off, trying to bite his dick, and mutually ripping their clothes off. I guess it's nice to confirm that not only does Bertrand crave Yukito as a woman but she's pretty much fully transformed into a girl at this point. Right down to running away in shame while covering her boobs .

Dakini and Riche in modern clothes! Dakini has gone fully gyaru! And good thing the new music craze is good for people banging, because it lets Dakini hear Yukito out .

I figured Yukito would use Dakini's weakness for kids to get her to do what he wants...though speaking from his own experience in terms of wanting to protect kids from getting used like that stirs up some genuine emotion from Yukito, so it wasn't 100% artificial .

It's good that Dakini doesn't want to manipulate the kids with her powers, though that sight of her in a bikini would probably do the trick for most .

So Gaia is passing her ability to create and control Strange Beast onto her "children" ?
