My favorite male seiyu of all-time is probably Ryotaro Okiayu.
Most here probably know him best as the voice of Clannad's Akio, and he was excellent in that role. But I particularly like his work as an antagonist/villain, including Gundam Wing's Treize Khushrenada, Bleach's Byakuya Kuchiki, FMA's Scar, and my personal favorite, El Hazard's Katsuhiko Jinnai.

I don't think I've posted about my favorite male seiyuu. Mine would be Jouji Nakata, hands down. I'm positive he's got the manliest voice of all time. I'm in awe every time I hear it, which is not as often as I would like. My favorite roles of his are the Count of Monte Cristo and Kirei Kotomine.
Tomokazu Sugita would be my second favorite. He's beyond amazing as Gintoki.

My daughter and I rewatched Claymore over the past few days, which includes performances by some of the most experienced (read "over thirty") seiyuu in the business. It's a treat just to listen to these women work their magic. From the ANN page (with English name order):
Houko Kuwashima as Clare Romi Park as Teresa Aya Hisakawa as Priscilla Hana Takeda as Deneve Kikuko Inoue as Miria Miho Miyagawa as Cynthia Miki Nagasawa as Helen Nana Mizuki as Riful Ai Orikasa as Galatea Akeno Watanabe as Veronica Ayako Kawasumi as Elena Emi Shinohara as Ophelia Park carries two episodes nearly single-handedly. She has to present some long monologues, but I never once lost attention because of how well she modulates her voice.

I finally picked this magazine after about 2 months sitting at Kinokuniya. Proper scans are starting to surface on the net though.
Photo Technic Digital? ˖✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧˖° Mine just a shabby Samsung Corby II  Omake. Director Shinkai with Mikako-shi. He bought the magazine Eh, I prefer my Captain with less make up, just like when she's doing her radio programs, like this one. Hmm, when I call her "Captain", I like to picture the scene when Kirk hit Khan at Kronos. The only seiyuu magazine I'm subscribing is Seiyuu Grand Prix. I'll try to post pictures that I think are not scanned on the net yet, later. In other news, I'm very happy that Hiyocchi is going to sing the ED for Ace of Diamond

I started subscribing from the June issue (Hiyocchi on the front cover, and delicious legs  ), and can't wait for her next single.On another notes, tomorrow (September 20th) is going to be Hocchan's 17th birthday for like what...The 21st time? Happy Birthday in advance.
