The terms would still apply then. Adultery, by definition, is an affair out of wedlock, even if it was done in full knowledge of everyone involved.

At any rate, I doubt it was planned from the beginning that Kallen would be the Stadtfeld's heir, otherwise, she wouldn't have lived as a Japanese girl for much of her life or gone to a Japanese school (evidenced by the school records Milly brought Kallen). If she was brought in as an heir, it would have been later in life when if was found that Mrs. Stadtfeld couldn't bear children.

After the Christmas Eve party at the Ashford Academy, Kallen is walking home, remembering the happenings of the year. As she came near the front door, she say a figure walking past by, and froze in her steps. Slowly turning, she called out to the person.

"Lelouch?"

The person turns to face her, and Kallen faints.

Why do I get the impression that it's Kallen's stepmother who has more power than Kallen's father? The fortune could have belonged to Mrs. Statdfeld.

Question, I know this probably doesn't matter much but how long do you guys think Kallen's been staying at the Statdfelt house when CG began? I get the impression that she was only recently taken in by the Statdfelt household, because she must have been enrolled as Kozuki in her previous high school one or two years ago (junior high?) when Milly showed Kallen her records.

Kallen doesn't really strike me as the fancy kind of person, but I guess fireworks would work because Lelouch did promise to bring those he cherished together to watch it, but he decides to give a special preview for Kallen's eyes only.

When she was on her way to Clovis Land, She bumped into person that resembles Lelouch. And it turns out that it was him, except that he was a she and her name is ""LULUKO". YURI TIME!

But on the other hand, I've always thought of Kallen as a normal, romantic girl, which should be reason enough for a full course, wouldn't it?

Reminds me of a really kickass square-enix game I played called Chrono Cross, where one of the Characters named Dario is dead and his brother Glenn and his once bethroed lady Riddel always picked Bell-flowers to carry to his grave.

In one of the alternate endings 4 that game, the protoganist Serge dies and Harle carries a bellflower to his grave

Lelouch loves Kallen. But it's not the same love for C.C. He cares for Kallen. Same goes for the student council members and Shirley.

I'd argue different given how he acts during that kiss and distinctly flashes back to it as one of the first thing where he's dying, but to each their own.

There's too much evidence to list out, and none of it is concrete (as if they'd give us anything so conclusive with Lelouch), but his character song is the biggest hint, since it talks about what he's feeling during that scene with Kallen in 22.

Yeah, there's that too, though we all know how she feels on the matter. Hopefully one of the picture or sound dramas will give us just a bit more in that regard, preferably with the gumline tossed in.
