(CR) Sasaki and Peeps

Animation was terrible, but at least the story this past couple episode focused on one aspect and that improved it quite a bit.

Eh. I think animation was relatively bad in the episode where they fought renegade espers party. This one was actually decent, especially during Pi-chan vs demon girl fight.

So, every girl around MC seems to have some screw loose.
I mean,
- One acts like Office Lady even though she is a Teenager Psychic.
- Another is a Yandere type, who suffers from Abusive(?) Ignorant Parent.
- We have a Murderous Magical Girl who even killed the Fairy which forced gave her powers, and is now out to kill Psychics who killed her family and hurt those close to her.
- Then we have a Psychic Girl who talks like a old lady from some bygone era.
- And lastly a haughty noble girl.

The inter-worlds battles among espers and sorcerers is similar to To Aru Index. According to the story flow, the next yandere girl who has a thing for the magic ojisan is the girl next girl. He is the only one who shows caring to her. Also, she doesn't get alone with her classmates. Maybe it is due to her family circumstance.

I was waiting for Sasaki to point out that there are good and bad psychics, just like regular people but he didn't. I'm curious how the kimono chick will react to seeing that Sasaki isn't a psychic at all. He could tell her he was just lying; she didn't see him throw up that barrier. Kinda doubt she's that gullible though.

Let me guess; by the end of the show he'll have "adopted" the mahou shoujo, given that they keep bringing up her scrounging for food. If he does, I can't wait to see how the neighbor reacts to that lol

Seven magical girls in the world, and only one of them is Japanese? I'm kinda impressed there. I would have expected most if not all of them to be Japanese.

Magical Chino is rather scary. She killed her contractor and is wearing its pelt, she also indiscriminately kills any psychic she comes across.

Kimono girl's ability is most likely immortality, she seems older than she looks and we outright saw her regenerate. I assume it comes with a few other perks given her feats.

Just like the protagonist in I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in the Real World, Too.....

He is oblivious that he is becoming popular among girls. He is still conscious that he cannot let ladies waiting for him. For the economic reason, he cannot satisfy his pet bird's appetite by his meager wage. He relies on trading to go to fancy restaurants.

Spec OPs Asca had like two amoung main cast (still more than other countries) and a couple more showed later. But so are the ones from other countries.

And I think her ability is something more akin to power copying. He probably stolee all of her quirks.

So Shizuka is indeed a lolibaba, but her power is to drain energy/life force from others. That's how she can regenerate and maintain her youth. She discovered Peeps' existence, and for the time being Sasaki is pretending to be a magical girl. Thanks to her and her underworld connection, it looks like he might be able to sell off his gold.

No neighbor at all in this ep... I heard last week even completely skipped her POV (she is way crazier than you can imagine).

Curiosity about the neighbor is the only reason I'm still watching honestly. Disappointing when she doesn't make an appearance.

Yea, dude stresses a lot for a guy that has such a handy fallback. Speaking of the other world... if Shizuka earns his trust, and she gets in a tight spot with the org chasing her, he could just stash her in the other world. Doesn't get much safer than being a whole world away from your enemies, heh.

Yeah, that was very dangerous. Even if he's not willing to kill her to keep whatever secret he has, there was no guarantee he wouldn't leave that crate alone in a warehouse for a few weeks.
