From the preview it's kind of obvious they'll elaborate on their second fight, as well as the girl's Kyoto trip and other scenes that were only touched upon in the novel.

So...about the mother's rosario skill does she only taught asuna the skill because she was closest to her? Or are there any other reason (aside from her speed?)

That's old news. It's out already. It was released on 24 November and second Vol. will be released in January (they will publish this in bimonthly schedule - 1st vol had been delayed due printing issues).

Even if Alicization anime's pacing will be slightly faster than the first and second seasons, it will need to be at least 4 cours in total. I wonder if they will make a whole 4-cour season or two 2-cour seasons.

The way I see it, it was because Asuna both helped them leave their mark on ALO, and because Asuna helped Yuuki feel like her life had meaning, if her last words were any indication.

To be honest I've never been able to get into the underworld arc, it just feels so.....meh to me. I wonder if animated form would change that.

I felt the same at the start, and there are points where I got bored. But I carried on reading(it was the WN I think...I reached up to the point after Gabriel was defeated), and then I liked it.

So Mother's Rosario Arc has ended and, similar to what happened in other arcs, they changed some things in favor of KiriAsu relationship. Some minor, some not so much...

I don't mind, i ship it!

Still, i have some mixed feelings about that extra-scene ending... On one hand i understand the choice of providing some 'closure' in case there's no more Anime seasons (and romance, yep, i ship it really hard!); on the other hand, those confessions were to happen before Alicization Beggining's cliffhanger so i kinda fear they change that part which would be a shame considering it's one of the best KiriAsu moments

Think about the immersing yourself into a sandbox medieval world with real human interaction. A world with "spice and wolf" setting with dungeon and dragon, sword and magic, how can you not throw money at your monitor.

Dude, you don't have to be sorry for not liking it haha. I liked UW more than the anime forms of MR and GGO (which are pretty popular and MR which is probably the best arc for some people) but some people won't like it. And I understand that you felt bored, I felt bored at some parts too but so far I liked it for the most part....(I said most part because I haven't finished it)..

btw, about the Progressive arc. who's the main character? Asuna?
