Like Myssa Rei said, comedies like this does not need a "main character," and IMO the lack of it may be advantageous as the gags can be "spread thin." What I was having problem with was merely the beginning of the anime, which sounded as if Tadakuni is the main character while, in fact, there may not be a real focus character in the entire series. That a very mild peeve that does not affect my general opinion of the series, though.

However it was, it must have been so bad that Karasawa even spit as he passed her ("Flatchested! Come back! Oi Flatchested!") Anyway, moving back to more light hearted events, the highlight for me this episode is when Tadakuni Imouto displayed some resemblance of that thing called 'Moe' She really seem so vulnerable in this episode unlike a certain other big sister earlier which I had no doubt about the outcome for Hidenori Also, more Kaichou/Ringo at the price of alittle blood

Oh dear god. Last week it was Jun Fukuyama. This week we have Yuki Kaji AND Nobuhiko Okamoto joining the cast. *goosebumps* Mitsuo's cry of frustration had me loling. I could watch this show just for the voice cast alone, if nothing else.
Ringo's "It was you!?" was excellent. Aoi Yuki's performance is great as usual. Wish the Student President had more screentime seeing how his subordinates had most of this week's. Tadakuni's sister was really cute this time too. |

Sage's sub missed the fact that the "Witches of the East" were the nickname of the Japan Women's National, especially at its peak in 1960s and 1970s.
Now I really can't say whether Hidenori sucked at sports or was just humble about it...

I personally didn't like this episode until the last skit. But boy, did that make it up as that was hilariously funny, with Hidenori pulling off legendary saves despite Mitsuo's "killer shots". XD
And Habara changing THAT much because she injured Karasawa? Well, I was under the impression that the girls like to bully people, but Habara was on the extreme end of things. And attitude change after the incident with Karasawa? I smell the makings of a ship already.

Just wondering, how many people here have actually played "The Legend of Kage"? It was pretty sweet back when I was a kid (despite the fact that I played it over a decade late).

You know, for an anime about high school boys, it sure does love to use girls a lot, doesn't it? Especially in a (hilariously) misogynistic way. I mean yes the boys are crazy too, but not one of them goes to the insanity the girls do. And not one of the girls is as much a straight man as any of the boys.

An example of a Mahou Shounen: Aikawa Ayumu from Kore wa zombie desu ka?
They even mentioned Harry Potter, I'm hoping someone makes a fanart of him in a mahou shoujo outfit hahaha. I love how all these characters are interconnected in some strange way. It's a small world~
