Nakamura fools around with first 2 answers replacing bro with sis and a reference to "you-know-which-title-it-is from the stream", and clinches a win with "a big bro who doesn't flush his crap"

Voice work apparently has been completed (it wasn't in Feb).

I wonder why they were trying act like Tatsuya was some new character because he was in his Darth Vader outfit when it was obvious it was him because of the suit. Even the reactions reveal that it was him seem really fake.

They obviously knew since voice work was already done. It's showbiz. Entertainment. Everyone knew about the fact the questions posed to author had been answered beforehand. But they still pretended they were doing it real-time. This has been ongoing since the radio show during the airing of the anime. The farce is part of the entertainment.

Also, a lot of the responses in events and livestreams are actually scripted except some of the games they play. Even some games at events are scripted and rehearsed at times.

But people who tend to go off script, whether intentionally or unintentionally can be fun to watch as well. Nakamura is one example who goes off script at events intentionally, and the reactions of other cast are fun to watch. Tatsumi is a klutz who gets mixed up, goes off script, or says the wrong words at times, which makes the previous livestream in Feb fun to watch. In her first Nico live (also for Mahouka), there was a live poll at the start for audience and 60% of them were there to watch her screw up

I would rather they give genuine responses about it then give obvious fake responses that anyone with a brain can see through. You can still poke fun with stuff while being genuine, which is why I like off-script moments a lot because they are genuinely engaging themselves in what they are doing instead of reading off a paper and doing fake responses.

A.今のところは、ありません。スピンオフを書く時間自体が無いもので……。
スピンオフの構想自体はありますが、編集者からはむしろ「書いて」と言われています。

Q.設定が非常に作り込まれているのが魔法科の世界の大きな魅力だと思っています。佐島先生は普段、設定を まとめたノートなどを使用しているのですか？それともすべてアタマの中に入っているのですか？
A.設定ノートみたいに纏まったものはありませんが、その都度設定メモを書き足していってます。
ただ設定メモには没になったアイデアもそのまま残してありますので、設定を確認する際は小説の原稿を一纏め のテキストファイルにしたものを検索しています。

Q.佐島先生に質問ですが、達也と深雪の部屋第一回から追加情報が沢山出ていましたが、劇場版ではアニメに は出ていない新しい魔法が出てきたりしますか？
A.はい、新しい魔法は出てきます。
テレビアニメに限らず、原作小説にも出ていない魔法も登場します。
小説にも出ていない魔法が五つ、小説に名前だけ出てきた魔法が一つ、小説に登場してテレビアニメに登場して いない魔法が二つ、名前が付いていない魔法で大きな見せ場になるものが二つ、登場します。

Trailer and spinoff!

The website also announced that people who attend theatrical screenings of the film from June 17 to June 23 will receive an original novel titled Bishōjo Mahō Senshi Plasma Lina (Beautiful Girl Magic Guardian Plasma Lina). The original novel series' author Tsutomu Satou wrote the story, and the novels' original illustrator Kana Ishida illustrated the novel. The 80-page novel's story centers on Lina when she was a young girl before she joined USNA's Magician Unit Stars.

Now will someone please make a Lina doujinshi?
