I can't remember it now, but a friend of mine a while back mentioned an anime(or was it a manga...?) where, both the main characters are hospital patients. I believe the majority of the series takes place there. I hear they fall in love after spending time with one another...

That's sadly all I remember since I might've not paid too much attention at the time...

Sounds like Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora. It got a 6-episode series and is quite wonderful.

But the second pic from the top is fake, that doesn't happen in this anime

If you like light-hearted romance with various heroines, then it's good.

It's Amagami SS, a romance anime based on a non-erotic video game about a normal highschool boy looking for a girl of promise. Many people said it's decent, but it might not be good for old-fashioned (80s) fans unless you like watching romantic 80s animes.

but anyways I don't like harem... with the shitty characters and contrived romance crap. well now taht you identified the anime... i can tell that i wouldn't like it.

Don't completely listen to Misaofan. He makes it sounds like it's a regular harem, but it's an omnibus format style romance which focuses on 1 heroine every time.

I find it odd that he has no actual opinion about it (because he used "Many people said it's decent"), seeing that he likes Yosuga no Sora which also uses the same format.
