Being a slightly smaller profile, the Edelweiss is faster, at 60Km/h vs. King Tiger's 42Km/h.

On the other hand... it has a weight of a modern light tank, at no more than 32 tons! Certainly, these specifications are a bit of an exaggeration if modern physical property is applied (including fuel and power source).

Then again, at this point, we should not forget that the Edelweiss is powered by a special property described as ragnite, and one can only assume that it is more efficient than modern day fuel.

Edit: On second look, I made a typo. It is indeed 800hp, and not 600hp as I previously indicated. Nonetheless, is it supposedly a testimony to ragnite's specia properties?

On a side note, I've also checked some of the more detailed specifications of the infantry weapons used by the Gallians and the Imperials. It would appear that the standard ammunition utilized by the Gallians is the size 7.92mm, also commonly known as the Mauser round, which was the standard rifle ammunition of the German Army in both World Wars. On the other hand, the Imperials use the 7.62mm, which was the standard rifle ammunition of the Red Army.

So... anybody want to guess what the weapons for the Atlantic Federation would look like once they are properly introduced?

That or somehow they manage made the body armor as lightweight as possible without sacrificing the overall defense properties. Maybe they manage developing early prototype of the chobham used on the Abrams and Challengers or the composites used on the Leopard lol. Broken Edelweiss.

Finally I was able to give my own first impression of this show after seeing its first episode.

Animation quality: While nothing special but easy on eyes. However some of the 3D effects can be removed even though I do like some of it.

Character designs: Almost like its game and perhaps a little bit better. The thing I can complain about is Alicia and Isara's eyes may too big for them.

OP and ED: Surprisingly good, as I not interested in J-Pop songs.

It's early to be finding RAWs of episode two. If they air at the same time episode one did last week, some just aired, and others will air in an hour or two.

Having never played the game and just watching the show on its own it seems ok. Decent characters, nice setup, overall one of the better shows of the new season I've seen. Think I'll stick with it to see where it goes.
