Both Chrono and Yuuno's cards are R. Chrono's has a star, though.

Still, if R is supposed to be impressive, couldn't the picture feature Yuuno casting one of his stronger spells? Chrono's using the freaking Durandal; movie-version even!

I'm guessing all of the Material girls have the ability to synchronize with each other.

I guess that since they're using the movie designs for Nanoha, they're doing the same for Stern and possibly the others.

...holy crap I've really fallen behind.

So, what do we know about the rules of this game? How is it played?

This lack of complete raws and translations for Innocent suddenly becomes grating given all the cool peeks at partial raws that I've been seeing lately.

Spoiler for Takamachi-Style:

I love how Nanoha and Alicia immediately hit off and become best buddies, with Alicia clinging to a not-at-all bothered Nanoha while Fate's fussing in the background. The two have remarkably similar personalities.

The card designs are awesome, and I tried out the game, but i was hoping for something a little more strategic than what i saw, but also considering that i'm no good with moonrunes I might be missing lots of things.

I just hope that there is more action in the manga, but the lack of translated stuff is irking me to no end, i'm just too curious about the mechanics of the game.

From what i've seen so far you fight using five cards, a main one, two more attackers (I guess) and two supports. Beased on the cards you use you get a certain ammount of HP, and every character has some special abilites that are triggered within certain conditions, for example I saw Shamal trigger one as a support right from the start that greatly reducd the damages I was dealing for a couple of turns. Then you have five or six turns of automatic battle in which the two teams 'fight' trying to deplete the opponent's HP as much as they can, the tea with the most remaining HP, or that managed to reduce the opponent's to 0 wins. It's more or less all automatic aside from the team selection.

Sounds very similar to Sword Girls Online, you could check out the game if you want, it's free. I've used to play it frequently until i've started playng Avengers Alliance xD

So basically a card game version of a TSAB team battle. the positions being

=Main character: Center Guard
=Two attackers: Front Attacker and Wing Guard
=Two supports: the other Wing Guard and Full Back

Are there spell cards/trap cards or anything similar? if there are, then it'll be like duel monsters.
