I wasn't basing my judgement soley on your pictures, but your pictures seemed to continue my thought that the colouring was off.

I don't think it's your lighting, they all seem to have a similar colour which to me seems off. Perhaps the red's too faded seeming or her skin too dark for my tastes or something. I'm not really sure what it is.

Ignoring that though, she's a cute 'erotic' figure that I wouldn't mind possessing to some degree.

Yeah I had to shuffle around some of my figures to get her on a shelf. In the end she took up the entire shelf in the cabinet herself. I think I need another cabinet now, she's taken the space of up to 6 figures!

I don't even own any cabinets. I need to get one or two, but I keep spending money on figures and art boxes... while trying to save for a new computer. My figures are displayed all over the place. Computer desk, end table, entertainment center, bedroom dresser.

Let us know if the GSC one has leaning problems... mine had it a little and I had to bend it back with the hot/warm water method.

I actually got that one off ebay for $50 AU from the US. Didn't think it was unreasonable due to the age and scarcity of it. Saw others for over $90 USD still and thought I'd snatch it.

Edit: Actually looking at the listing again it was from Japan. The stamps on the dresser are taken from the box it came in. A colleague at work's wife collects stamps and was rather interested in any Japanese stamps I come across.

It's a decent looking figure, but I don't think the face is captured very well. It looks ok with the glasses on. Faces can really make or break a figure, so it's ultimately up to you. I own a Moka Akashiya figure that doesn't have a very well done face, but I still like it. I got that Corticarte figure because I think it's a good likeness of her original game design, not the two versions of anime (neither of which did her original design much justice).

Bloody hell, the Yoko Real Image figure has been pushed back again.

GSC are great with keeping release dates. I just hope it doesn't end up like Saber Lily and take another six months before it's released...

Hmm, anyone received their Black * Rock Shooter figurine yet? I ordered it like in the summer, but the place I'm getting it from still has it under "pre-order".

I'm talking about this one:

Xion Valkyrie according to HLJ one of the most reliable sites and one I ordered from many times, it says that figure is expected to be released on around Dec 31st. So add another week on top of that at the earliest.
