Could you guys give me some names of anime that fit these genra and some that dont if they are really good (lisenicng not and ISSUE will get it on DVD)

full metal panic has all of those

great teacher onizuka has all except mecha (definatly worth getting)

vandread (has all of above except martial arts)

Cowboy Bebop - sort of "mecha" depending on your classification.
GoDonner - no martial arts
