I'm looking for an anime/manga with a female character whose power involves kissing. Off the top of my head, there's Veze in Hunter X Hunter, Lamia in Mao Dante, Sailor Venus in Sailor Moon, and I believe one of the Ninjas in Basilisk. I doesn't matter if it's a hentai or not. Thanks in advance.

hmm... in Mahou Sensei Negima! they have to kiss to form a contract so the girl can fight, but that's more a rule of the magic and not her power...

There's the manga Lilim Kiss, where she eats by kissing and sucking people's life force... but that's a manga ^^

Not that I have watched any of the series you mentioned but you might try Simoun. In it the ultimate fighting machines, the Simouns, can work only after the two female pilots share a kiss. In Mai Otome (which I find to be easily the worst series I have watched, btw) the superpower of the main characters are activated after a kiss on their special earring.

PQ Angel - (manga) the alien-cockroaches turned into magic girls when kissed by a boy.
Tokyo Mew - Ichigo in cat form needs to kiss someone to turn her back to human.

In UFO Princess Walkyure (4 short seasons), the heroine Walkyure can transform when she kisses Kazuto.

Um, technically, Kagerou's (the ninja in Basilisk) ability is actually poisoning her partner when she climaxes ( wow, what a way to go!

)...kissing was only one way to achieve that. The other ninja with "kissing"-like abilities was Okon, who sucked her opponent's blood through her skin pores.

Oh, and don't forget Pokemon's Jynx, who can put you to sleep with her kiss! "Jynx! Jynx!" (j/k)

Hmm... Those are all good, but most of them involve transforming and I was looking for something more like an offensive power, whether it kills them, enslaves them, puts them to sleep, whatever...

You could always try Kyoshiro to Towa no Sora, which involves the main characters regaining eternal mana (or something) by kissing. Happens quite frequently. I cannot, however, be liable for the quality of the anime.

Its about as good as Mai Otome (as Matrim describes it):

Darker Than Black - A minor character has the ability to teleport herself and anyone she is in contact with. But each time she uses this power she has to kiss someone (it's her "renumeration" for using the power). She often combines the teleporting and the kiss into one convenient action.
