I have a question. When I go to the code generator page on this computer, I'm met with a really long list of codes withouth the brackets and some kind of error, maybe. What's that about? I can at least use my iPod if I can't vote from here.

That is the list of codes that were generated in a day that usually are show between 23:04-23:30 (Japan time) when they're counting the votes (and codes aren't generated at that time). You probably tried to access the code generator at that time.

Quoting Komari's how to vote post:

In order to vote, you would need a code.

- Codes are generated on every match day from 23:31 of the previous day to 23:03 of the match day itself.

- No code will be generated from 23:04-23:30 as time is spent for counting the votes.

- Each code is only valid for the the above times of that match day (see illustration below)

I'd say Chiaki and Minato will prevail in their respective groups, but the other girls might not make it, they have strong rivals but I don't think it is impossible so there is hope.

I was going to use it and say thanks in this post because I wasn't banned on 2ch but I just discovered now I am banned on posting too . And here I was hoping I could vote on the main tournament, I guess things totally backfired.
