Yeah if the magic circle and actual attack was changed to white in the DVDs, then I'm sorry; I haven't seen them. But in the original episodes, the circle that appeared beneath Reinforce was white, while the magic circle and magical particles for the Starlight Breaker itself was pink.

Overseeing the training of new members most likely as well. You don't need to be doing the blasting to be doing the teaching after all, standing on the side providing advice and corrections to the trainees is still perfectly possible for Nanoha.

Next time, a little more manners when asking for something.
It's actually quite difficult to list them. You have your villians like Precia, the BoD Corrupt Defense Program and Jail. And THEN you have your Anti-heroes. Fate, who was being played badly by Precia; the Wolkenritters, who strongly believed that completing the Book would save Hayate; Lutecia, who merely sought to help her mother recover; Zest, who only wanted the answers he need; the Nakajima and Saint Church Numbers, being raised to do Jail's bidding(Dieci was a good example of a good person who was working on the wrong side); and Regius, who got carried away in his strong desire to protect all of his men.
