Generally, there are three types of guy in TLR verse: Ultraconfident, Flexible, and Nihilistic.

1. Ultraconfident guy tend to advance relentlessly on the offensive, trying to get into girls good side and want to looks cool in their eyes. Usually backfire badly when overdoing their antics. Example: Motemitsu, Saruyama, Charles, Len (at first)

2. Flexible guy is the type that didn't see romance as serious business, but doesn't play around either (most of the time), and tend to play push and pull with the girls, seizing full control on the pace of relationship. When they flirt, it tend to be mundane, such as giving fair compliment or friendly tease. Example: TLR!Ichika, Dan, Yuu

3. Nihilistic guy are the type that never lie. But as the name implies, they're often had dim view on themselves. They're usually passive and the one that's being pursued actively. When they flirt, it tend to be incidental or implying mixed message (due to the lack of positive thinking). Example: Rito, Len (later)

muv-luv reminds me far too much of linebarrel, except add a more moe harem. at least designwise. I can also see a little geneshaft and fafner.

Blue Flow and Blue Blaster?

http://www.youtube.com/embed/zOJRxkOuoNM

Their Mecha are awesome looking.

The problem is: If you play the actual game.... GOD! MOST OF THE UNITS ARE FREAKING SLOW! THEY ARE F@#KING SLOWER THAN A GI (C&C) unit. THEIR PATHFINDING SUXS AND IT WILL MAKE YOU WISH THAT YOU ARE PLAYING C&C!.

Still looking awesome though.

Played the game because of the Mecha, not the gameplay (apparently, they improve the gameplay a little)....

FtF(Fire to Finalize, I think that what it mean)

Edit: Oh, did I mention that some units are actually improved version of old unit from Blue Flow and the fact that some unit are so effective that they are still using them?

yeah... the whole pilot suit that looked like a blue pallette swap of Gantz suits and the gunbuster+fafner type atmosphere of the images apparently did not lie to my genre savvy brain. (I was in denial)

Okay guys, I seriously need some help on getting chapter 9 started. My main problem is making a transition from the end of chapter 8 and into chapter 9. Here's the last part of chapter 8 to give you guys an idea.

Spoiler for Final parts of Ch. 8:

And that's where I'm having trouble with starting chapter 9.

There's two way, first, have a switch POV. This is the most convenient and often used transition when there's cliffhanger. Silverbacks and Rogue I.S. watching as Ichika and the rest of student dashing toward their direction, and their reaction toward that.

And of course the second one is keep the POV, but that feels kinda bland.

And off topic: I absolutely hate Muvluv pilot suit's design.

Wow damn, you don't know how long it's been since I've seen someone mention Blue Blaster. The person initially introduced it to me 3 years ago is someone I'm no longer in contact with.

Depends on level of delinquency. Normal circumstances I'd say uncommon.

Very, I'll say. Let alone that 15-16 year olds having tatoos are already quite a sight...

Wow... Is Blue Blaster really that obscure that nobody else commented on it?

Well you can say it's sort of a biased opinion. In Singapore, I rarely see anyone below 16 years of age having a tatoo, if there's any.

@Age
I don't know what to say, man... They look like a combination of TSFs, Virtuaroids and ACs, which is pretty awesome at the very least.

Yes, it's odd, and the standard really depend on the local culture (Hawke already implies that).

Point: in Japan, a young teen having a tattoo almost always means dim future, being a sure sign of delinquency and lack of disciplined lifestyle, thus gain no respect from moral guardians (Parents, school etc).

@ Age
I'm sure I never heard that....
