Just from the images so far, I think that the character designer has greatly improved on Hinoue Itaru's art style (not like that's difficult to do) while simultaneously castrating Na-Ga's art style. I get the impression that she has combined the two art styles into one to allow for simpler animation.

Looks rather bland and I still have no idea what this series is about, except for maybe "friendship". Also, although I don't mind CGI at times, but at least half of that PV if not more was CGI and quite distorting. Might be more PVs down the track though. I guess it's the fact that I don't have high expectations that I'm not "angered" unlike some people. I'm merely expecting a reasonably fun series that probably won't reach the high that was Clannad After Story.

The PV is pretty much an animated version of the game OP. Although, for an "animated" version, there wasn't a lot of animation

. I guess that's the problem with copying scenes from a video that uses stills.

I try to stay optimistic, but to be honest I'm not really impressed or even happy about what we've been shown. It's not even because I have higher expectations for LB. Everything we've seen has just been kinda mediocre.

I recently watched Horizon II and the scarred girl pulled her masculine voice very well whenever she hides her face. She might be a decent choice for Riki.

I can't say the animation and designs have anything particular... in fact, I expected something as smooth/detailed as big productions JC has done such like Toaru series, but here, the visuals are quite... flat for the lack of better words.

And I really wonder why they chose Horie: sure Riki isn't really a manly guy but Horie has quite a dominant soft voice that will probably make Riki sounds "girlier" than any heroine

And no, Scarred voice is just Horie voice but -distorded-. There is no way she can pull that herself.

So damn emotional right now... ;_; It's finally here, it's what I've been waiting for for so long! And I don't care, I think it looks amazing. The stills weren't very animated because they were stills, but I really appreciated the animated portions.
Guess this means all non-EX routes are confirmed now. And dat remix...
Also I'm hearing something about an october confirmed release date, can anyone confirm?

Still no actual episode footage,you'd think we'd have some if this was airing this fall,this looks more like the PV we should have gotten back in april.

That said I have no real complaints about the PV itself

edit: never mind,confirmed for fall,then again,that's still a bit aways so I figures there's time with a PV with actual footage to come out.

If you ask me, this promo served mostly to illustrate what content will be included in the anime in a less direct way. At least half of the PV was spent confirming events which will occur, but anybody who hasn't read the game won't really understand just yet.
This PV was definitely for the fans.

They kept the oversaturated colors that I wasn't too fond of, but some scenes don't look too bad.
Still kind of hard to judge. Most or all of that PV looks like it's not actual episode animation, but at least we've got confirmation that they're doing all the non-EX routes. Still a "meh" for me.

That PV is spoiler full btw. A lot of plotlines confirmed... and I think that it's only one cour because I think I spotted a refrain scene.
