The animation in episode 166 and Diamond Dust Rebellion - which I think are based on the same thing - is good, but rather awkward, sure it looks good but something about it just doesn't jive with me. The animation from episodes 117 to 121 was simply amazing, specially the final moments of Ichigo and Grimmjow's first encounter was stunning, it looked and played out even better than the manga.

That being said though, the last half of this episode looked pretty good, hope they keep it up.

Actually it doesn't look like it has on leggings at all. If you look at the boots you can see the fur around them in the silhouette. (Hanging in the shed or lab, or whatever that is)

Did Szayel throw KAJ (bankai) at Mayuri in the manga? Why does it seem like something is missing...o_O?

I believe p-chan is talking about Cirucci and Dordonii; since, Privaron Espada are ex-espadas.

It probably is. Dordonii its almost certain, since Szayel specifically sent the Exequias after him to help his "research". The other one I assume to be Cirucci, since the Exequias also visited her.

For someone that cute this scene seriously creeped me out.

What's up with the magically size-changing breasts of Nemu? At 14:12 they seem their usual size and then at 15:01 they apparently tripled in size. Well, given the way Mayuri revives Nemu and her multi-tool arm it isn't that much a stretch for him to actually have built them with growing ability...
