Due to the StreetFighters casting out Ryu as a cheap character, he's out to lash at the Capcom world as Evil Ryu. XD

Seriously, palate skin tone color of Evil Ryu similar to the SFALPHA ova.

On the Dutch news site NU.nl there is a cartoon called Lectrr.

As I think a lot of these may appeal to a broader (international) audience, I've translated a bunch. I hope you like them.

One warning though: some of these cartoons may be crude or insulting. Or simply lame

It looks like it with the mix of western and futuristic setting (background has some strange buildings) but I don't know what game it would be since I've only played a bit of the fifth game.

Now that I think about it, she reminds me of the girl at the town with the Johnny Appleseed distillery.
