This preview is now giving the vibe that we are heading in the direction of Touma saving Anna's heart from the despair that nade her the villain she is. I mean, what else can happen?

Sprengel is hardly the first villain we had who became villainous by their own volition. I'm still hoping that if anyone beats sense into her head, it'll be Alice.

The end of an era and the beginning of a new one...

Due to the recent announcement, New Testament has been declared abandoned on Baka-Tsuki and the novels' translations removed. (Not by me, mind you, but the admins were quick to the punch.)

I've been the Project Manager for this series for roughly a decade now after I was handed the reigns by Teh Ping (although definitely in name only for the past year). So this news has shocked me. Well... I've saved my copy a while back so its not the end of the world for me.

I thought Yen Press abandoned the series considering how long its been since the last novel was translated. Though maybe the writing was on the walls since they announced the OT+SS Omnibus Edition. Do they still have hopes for this franchise outside of Japan? Do they expect we'll get an Index NT anime? Who knows.

Gt10 synopsis:

Alice Anotherbible. The girl who was supposed to be dead unexpectedly resurrects in a surprising form. Index, who witnesses this, finds herself in a dilemma. However, only Othinus, who was with her, manages to escape and successfully conveys the crisis to the hospitalized Kamijou Touma. And when Kamijou hears the story from Othinus, he clenches his fist once again. He will definitely save Index. ...Are you satisfied with just that? You've been revived after all, Alice. I don't mind fighting you. As the unfortunate me, I'll make sure to save everyone and give this almost ending world a happy ending!
