I grew up in a pine forest in the Northeast US and I never heard of using a pine cone to start a fire. I'm going to have to try that out

Most guides have informed me to use dried leaves or pine needles, twigs, etc., basically any sort of forest duff that's dry. I imagine pine cones could work quite well: let us know how it goes!

That's not why I got into it but now it has me curious. I'm a pretty basic camper, 1 man tent, sleeping bag, small propane grill, couple canned goods and meat, and enough beer to put most alcoholics to shame. I used to go white water rafting out in Ohio every year with a bunch of cops and firefighters so getting really drunk then going rafting while hung over was The thing to do

It's been done before, funnily enough.

Cute girls going on adventures seem to be a hot theme in the past year of so. Along with this show, we have A Place Father than the Universe, and both Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryoukou and Flip Flappers from previous seasons. I'm sure there must be others I've missed.

I, too, was a bit disappointed in the background art. Maybe I'm just spoiled by watching shows from P. A. Works or ones with backgrounds from Studio Pablo.

Another cute episode! So far I like all the characters, my favorite is Rin though.
Favorite scene—when Rin starts walking around the campsite, particularly every time Mount Fuji shows up.

^ Isn’t the short haired friend of Rin (the one in the picture above) the 5th member??

Rin, a person, a character, who looks genuinely comfortable by herself. I sincerely hope she'll be allowed to continue going on solo trips too.

Yes. She's the one with the dog.

I love Rin's reaction when she's invited to join the club. As a mostly solo hiker, I can relate.

Have to admit I'd be perfectly happy if this show continued with Rin's solo camping trips, and the other characters just being comic relief.

I can understand Rin enjoying her solo trips. Some hobbies are fun to just take part in by yourself. But probably not a bad thing either to experience going out with a group of friends as well. Makes sense that she's a bit afraid of losing something she already enjoys. Doesn't know whether or not she'd enjoy camping with a group as much, less, or more. So has just continued going it solo and avoiding that club.

At least with Nadeshiko moving into her space a bit she can find out whether or not she enjoys camping with someone else.

I'm kind of surprised that none of the camps sites so far have come with a firepit included, but is instead an extra cost.

Wow, this is some quality show here. Officially I declare Yuru Camp my favorite CGDCT of this season with so many CGDCT. I had seen the manga before and I liked but the anime even boosted it, well, in fact is normal with CGDCT. A super comfy and relaxing show.

Btw, officially I declare Shiny Days as the best CGDCT OP of this season. I feel that sounds kinda familiar, but I don't know to what is, a bit of help please?
