Considering that story eventually needs reach some resolution, then some drama simply must happen. At least in form of some sacrifices, that Ritsu and Uta have to do to reach their happiness. I doubt that anybody here wants them to eventually return into normal siblings relationship.
But personally I believe that even that drama which awaits us can ends up being pretty vanilla itself.

The important thing is that the drama is kept to a minimum and that we aren't given another Oreimo ending. I'd even prefer they turn out to be not blood related if the author isn't allowed to keep them together otherwise.

Essentially there are two most likely options how they can go out from that.
1) Claim, that Uta already "imagine" herself as wife and uses Ritsu's name on her phone.
2) Considering that Uta's name here is writen in katakana, they can simply claim, that they just have similar souding name, but each actually witten differently.
Each option will bring some problems of its own for future development, but at least for now cover truth.
