We all know that Avy4 will come and rectify most of the mess that Thanos caused especially now that we have the power of Time Stone and the likes. Most of the deaths donít really impact me whatsoever emotionally anyway. This is not Marvel taking risks, this is Marvel still taking a generally safe route.
This was my problem with it.

Spoiler:

Really takes the impact away.

^Gamora and Vision will stay dead since their death wasn't from the fingersnap

It's a pity that that telekinetic guy enemy died so early, his fighting style was cool

Btw, I noticed many scenes from the trailers not in the actual movie
Like Thor's lifting the weapon in the forge and Hulk in Wakanda

Vision could easily return though, and likely as the decolored version from the comics.

So, Avengers: Infinity War... wow. Marvel delivered on the promise they made all those years ago at the end of the first Avengers (around 7 years ago)

Oh, btw, Don Cheadle looks so old in this movie (he already looked quite old in Civil War but even more so here). At this point, I really think Terrence Howard is the better Rhodey since he looks energetic and active while Cheadle looks sleepy and tired most of the time. They should've stick with Howard somehow or at least replace him with a more fit black actor. Don Cheadle would've been great as Rhodey during his prime in the 90s but he doesn't really age well these days. Looking at him, it's like a punch could snap his neck in an instant. Some people have been harping on Howard's "squeaky" voice but I don't think Cheadle have done that much better job on that department either. Idris Elba would've been perfect as Rhodey if not for someone's great idea to cast him as Heimdall which could've been played by any burly actor with deep voice out there. Heck, I'd take Cuba Gooding Jr. as Rhodey over Cheadle. He has the acting chops and physique. Really, Cheadle is one of those cases of bad casting in Marvel.

^ If Marvel didn't put Cap in the movie, people will riot. He's also the plot device to connect the current Avengers with Wakanda.

Back when I saw Kevin Feige say the protagonist of this movie is Thanos, I thought he was talking figuratively.

I did not expect he meant it literally. Amazing.

Holy smokes that was a movie.
Spoiler:
Honestly wasn't sure this movie could unseat some of my favorites in the MCU. I hoped that this movie could live up to expectations and wasn't sure it would. But yeah this movie just worked.

Infinity War is a journey starring everyone in the MCU. It's packed to the brim but never feels like it struggles to make characters relevant. As it should, because the depth and reach of this Infinity War is such that the impact is palpable in the past, present, and even future. Even as the wounds of the Civil War haven't fully healed, the intergalactic threat that now looms over everything strangely brings a stronger sense of comraderie to The Avengers and then some even more. With one glance at a TV or with one breadth of a name, everyone realizes what they have to do no matter where they are in the universe. Infinity War is epic

Owing to this is one of Marvel's best villains in Thanos. Far from just a super powerful alien, the nuances in his acting performance, in-story emotions, and in-universe actions crystallize his motivations terrifyingly well. The moment we see him is the moment we know things have gotten serious

The film is never starved for a moment of brevity, but it thankfully keeps it to a gracious minimum and never loses itself to the fear of being criticized for being too sincere. And yet for a story revolving around 6 McGuffins called the Infinity Stones, the astronomical odds against the heroes and the encroaching hopelessness on some of them, the film never takes the cheap way out to have impact. Other films more violent as they may be, Infinity War assaults the emotions through trial by fire to the bonds of the closest allies, the spectacle an afterthought to the character pieces expressed through many a promises and battles

I'm elated to say this film joins Winter Soldier as my favorite Marvel movie, and of course that mean it's one of the 2 to get an A+
Spoiler for Ending:

My only regret was that I needed to go to the toilet so I missed 1 scene

Freaking cinemas should have bathroom break for god sake

2.5 hours movie, pee is unavoidable

Eh, I don’t know about others, but I didn’t really need to pee during the movie coz I planned ahead to have maximum enjoyment by not drinking anything before I went to the theater and emptying my belly & bladder before it’s time to watch the movie. I ate and drank my beverage during the second half of the movie and I was able to comfortably sit on my seat during the entire runtime just fine.

An official bathroom break will waste your time even more IMO. Planning ahead is the way to go, especially for people who are already aware of the movie's duration (except maybe for little kids who are difficult to manage).
