Anyways, seems like Toriko's going to need to train to improve his speed next. Can't wait to see how his next adventure will address that issue!

^He's a vice head chef so while he's certainly one of the Boshokukai's strongest, he's not quite the boss' #1 flunkie (that would most likely be Kuromado (the head chef), or Alfaro (the butler guy with the big nose)). And he most certainly isn't the leader since we got that guy's name last chapter.

Yes he was the one to control the robo from the puffer cave and the robo that fought with Toriko in the Jewel Meat arc.

^D'oh, I forgot he appeared in the puffer cave, too. That's what I get neglecting to return to the early chapters for so long.....

Anyways, I'm also hoping that Toriko brings Terry along with him on another adventure soon enough. It's been a good while since the wolf got some time to shine!

Female. As for me, I'm interested in seeing Komatsu's new knife in more action, an earth-splitting knife should have its uses...also interested in Toriko's next item hunt.

nothing really happen, it is just after they visit the temple and wonder if their food-luck increased. It just so happen both of them increase their lucky level greatly. As Stajyuun mention last chapter, they process great food luck while he doesn't

^Ah yes, that chick from the anime (I think Tina's her name, right?). Eh, I doubt we'll be seeing much of her in the manga, though (since she's pretty much a filler character).....

Anyways, while the chapter was pretty uneventful, I still enjoyed it. I like it when we see characters explore new, wondrous locations. Hopefully, we'll see more of the Gourmet Shrine in a future chapter (and I wonder if that knife Komatsu pulled out of the wood is as special as the Melk knife.....?).

Anyways, looks like the next chapter is the start of a new arc. While I definitely want to see Zebra again, something tells me that we won't be seeing him again right away. Personally, I think it would be cool if any of the ally characters from the Century Soup arc (Match, Takimaru, Teppei) showed up again.....

Yeah, i hope we see them soon. Mitsutoshi is a good enough writer to re-use past characters, and not make it feel forced. Fingers crossed that we see a few of them again.

On a side note, we finally got a good at Starjun face. it has realiistic eye instead of the anime where his face i pale white and got red glowing eye... are they going to retrocon it?

However, the only translation of the summary I found was in Italian, so I had to take matters into my own hands a bit: Spoiler for Chapter 145: As far as I'm able to make out, Toriko and Komatsu arrive at the Gourmet Shrine (which is an 80 thousand square kilometer piece of land), and pretty much spend the chapter exploring the place. Eventually they locate Acacia's statue and offer a prayer to it. I think it also mentions that the shrine has holy water that contains healing properties, but I'm honestly unsure at this point. Just gotta wait for the full chapter's release in order to clarify the info.....
