Well, Enshuu referred to Ransuu as ojisan. We can kinda make assumptions from there, but official family tree stuff would be better. Best thing we could do is build a Kihara Family graph from all we know for the wiki.

It's a Family like how the Mafia is a family. You can't seriously think they'll all be relatives, not after hear the background information from Sumeragi that there are about 5000 members. And calling someone 'Ojisan' is not creditable in the slightest.
