I hope somebody can assist me in this request, and I also hope this post hasn't been made before.

I am looking for anime that has tons of action and ecchi content. Something similar in vein to Agent Aika and Najica Blitz Tactics 1.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Ikki Tousen would be the obvious suggestion, and its second season; Dragon Destiny.

Grenadier, though a little different from the series you mentioned, is also filled with action/ecchi.

There is Aika R-16.
or you could try Project A-Ko. (Kinda old anime, but the story is made by the same person that made Aika).
