Well who's to assume that he hasn't read it? He might just be asking someone to put a compilation of pairings cuz it's too hard to remember...

Is Tomo Asama one of the 30 couples? If yes who she date? What about Kimi Aoi?
There's actually a similar scene occur in volume 3B but according to Baka Tsuki translation, it's Masazumi the one at the bottom not Toori Aoi.

The only candidates would be Asama & Nate. With Horizon's seal of approval towards them too. In a way you could see them as concubines to Toori's king status. Though of course they don't strictly abide to that particular role.

Actually Horizon still the main girl and for Toori she is the love of his life, he Loves Asama too and Nate but only Asama achieve the goal of getting her feelings toward Toori confirmed and in both ways. Probably in volume 8 or volume 9 we're going to have some scene with Nate, remember she already confess her love for Toori.

Ah, that kid is in relationship with another character (that you don't know either )

Masazumi isn't in any relationship. Futayo kind of proposed to her but futayo is dumb so she most probably have no idea of what she said lol.

Well it is kinda the truth. Very battle/combat smart, everything else...kinda varies. Though that adds to her charm of course!

Rapid Fire King, or Rensha-ō takes place during the FORTH 'era'. which is more or less our time well, probably earlier iirc. Don't really know too much about it myself, but I think someone mentioned somewhere before, that it's just a guy talking about stuff while playing shmups?

I don't think it is too directly related to Horizon's story. It's not like OnC does that much to influence Horizon (besides the concepts/tech 'previews' powers, terminology that is used.) But shared universe with a long time gap between them and all that.

FORTH actually seems to have minimal link to the rest of the series.



I mean it technically coincides with OnC and we have nothing but a bunch of guys challenging each other over some danmaku game...With no reference to the people in OnC. One wonders if they are even in the same world



For some perspective OnC occurs spans WWII to the late 90s

Thanks for the reply. Well, I cannot say I am not slightly disappointed. I mean Rapid Fire King is a cool name, it be great if this thing or person does something very big that destroy the world and cause problems which lead to the different eras dealing with some of the after effect of the problems or it may lead to break in dimension that why there are elves and such like in Horizon and also that where the concept and tech is developed from and carry forth to the Genesis Era and continue to carry forth all the way to City era but with improvement.. Well at least that what I think should have happen.
