Kinda hard to get such an ending in only one more episode. I mean, Medaka doesn't even know what love is. She's a monster playing human after all. You'd need at least another 50 episodes to teach her a high level human skill like love.

Only Gainax is capable of ending a series at a spot that's canon, yet it still is a Gainax ending. That's skill right there.

Well with the end of the anime, the jump ratings in the toilet and the GN sales the lowest of anything over a year old I expect the manga to end next year in the first round of cancellations.

If it's a third season announcement you were looking for well there's none of that.

The only noteworthy (read: jealous worthy) thing I got out of that report was that the audience got to hear Ogata act out Kumagawa's 『The trend I'm currently into is hand-bra-jeans!! With this I shall aim for the cover of Weekly Shounen Jump!』. Seems Kumagawa is Ogata's favourite character and she's sad the only interaction she got to have with the main cast was the end of ep11 since ep12 has a whole different cast, being Good Loser and all.

Other noteworthy things from the page is that there was a anime character popularity poll held in select Gamers branches to decide the design of their store exclusive DVD/BD collection box:

1. Kumagawa Misogi
2. Naze Youka
3. Kikaijima Mogana
4. Kurokami Medaka
5. Shiranui Hansode
6. Unzen Myouga (No Myouri...

)
7. Nabeshima Nekomi
8. Takachiho Shigusa (lol wut?)
8. Koga Itami
10. Miyakonojou Oudo (Okay?)
10. Hitoyoshi Zenkichi (Oh hi there, weren't you supposed to be a main character?)

Pretty surprising results TBH. No not 1st place, that was natural. Kinda expected Munakata in there. Wasn't he quite popular?

The poll for the theme had "Festival" as the top pick, meaning Gamers' store exclusive box will feature Kumagawa in a yukata. However, they also decided to put the Kurokami sisters in yukatas for the other side of the box. Looking forward to that yukata Kumagawa.
