I actually want them to do one focused on Mai, Natsuki and Shizuru's days as students. Hell, an OVA would be just fine.

Being supposedly the most powerful Otome, Mai got an incredibly short screen time *sniff*

I am talking about her generation, where Rena is no longer around.

Then again, if we were to compare, I'd prefer we wait until episode 3.

Even so, wouldn't it be too much of a redo of My-HiME?

The HiME characters have already got all the character development they needed in their original universe, so I feel that perhaps expanding more on the Otome characters may be the way to go for added character depth diversity instead of feeding the same characters over and over again.

And if that happens, that little gold vein may be running a bit dry.
