Well i would love to see a Uchiha girl... And the kind of realationship Itachi had with other people, in Akatsuki we saw him with such a dark personality, know we see that he was not like that.

Yes something like that. If we got Kakashi Gaiden, and we saw a litle of Minato and Kushina past i think it would be nice too see Itachi past, he was such a genius and could have been hokage i would like to see the kind of relationship he had with other people, (and more of the Uchiha clan) we only saw Itachi on Sasuke eyes. But yes just more of curiosity, if not they should make only a anime episode, it would be a nice "filler" for a change.

It's been mentioned again and again that Uchiha men are very good-looking.

The same should apply for the women, I guess.

In my opinion, the only good women in Naruto are, Hinata(grown up version), current Mizukage and Kurenai.

We haven't see many Uchiha females so we can't tell what they typically look like, it seem mostly men did the fighting in the Uchiha clan so the women are hidden away in the kitchen.

If you mean Mikoto looks manly, maybe you think this since Sasuke looks like her but even men in Naruto think Sasuke looks good (Orochimaru, Naruto etc) and since Sasuke looks like Mikoto then she must look good to men in Naruto as well.

Oh well in personality hes the same, the only thing its that he looks more "Happy" maybe because he finally lost hes "burden".
