Does anyone know a site where I can either download the entire series of Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne [manga] or find scanslations?

DC Comics (under the CMX imprint) has licensed Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne and the first volume is due out in a couple of months time.

See the CMX site for Upcoming Titles

Since it's now licensed, you may not ask for scans or translated manga.
