That is from Eba's standpoint. From Haruto standpoint, that still doesn't make hooking up with another girl valid before an official break up.


You see, without either Eba or Haruto declaring "we are done," it's never done. You guys pull things out from the air too much.

Let me give you a simple probability: Haruto came to Eba's house. Eba said to her mom to tell Haruto: "I'm a little bit tired of this long distance relationship, can we give each other several weeks to think about it more maturely? I will contact you back by then." There, totally could happen, and totally makes Haruto a pussy if he gets on with Kanzaki right now.

Btw, I think the chance of Eba having a boyfriend THAT SHE LIKES over Haruto is virtually nil.

And you're telling us we pull out things too much oO ? You're right nothing is 100% sure but i tend to say Eba breaking off is much more probable. And no it's not Eba's standpoint, we don't know about her point of view but if we can think of facts like she broke off all contact Haruto can as well. No offense but i'm starting to think some people are stubborn und stuck in their argument that doesn't seem as logical as Eba just wanting to break up for the moment, I haven't read any point here that seems nearly as valid.

It'll be prudent to see what's going on with Eba before making any judgments. Hell we don't even know what Haruto himself is thinking. These last few chapters has been nothing but perspectives from outside the couple's point of view.

I'm not trying to say anything is set in stone but if i have to choose between two paths and pinpoint the more probable than i eventually take the one that has actual evidence that support it, even though the characters as sources of information may be unreliable. I don't know when this started but how can people be sure about something with no evidence just because the opposite has insufficient proof?

NO, you see, what is certain is that Eba avoids contacting Haruto. Why (new boyfriend?), and for what (breaking up?), we don't know. But even if it's for breaking up, it likely hasn't happened. Because, as I said, Haruto was still constantly checking his cellphone for texts.

And if breaking up hasn't happened, even if it will happen, it must be before Haruto going out with Kanzaki.

Also, we know for certain that Rin said Eba has a new boyfriend. But would you hook up with another girl right away before finding out wth were going on, when your girlfriend's sister told your friend she had a new boyfriend?

It seems there was a letter hidden in the present Eba gave to Haruto. While Nanami came for a visit, the bag accidentally fell, and a letter came out from the bag. It seems the letter contains something important, probably a letter written by Eba, and I get the feeling Haruto will have to go to Tokyo once again.

I heard somewhere that the letter repeated what Rin said but it doesn't make much sense. Haruto heard what Rin said from Kanzaki and barely flinched, yet he reads that letter and suddenly he seems up in arms. It's driving me crazy. It might be proof though that he realizes something else is going on than what everyone is saying and doing. Like Eba wrote something in the letter that only Haruto would understand hoping that he could help her

Eba has wanted Haruto ever since she first met him so i don't think she actually loved anyone in middle school. Maybe that was what made Haruto think that something was up with the letter.

Maybe there was more to her leaving than just Rin like she was being harassed by the guy who was obsessed with her, and likely being egged on by Rin to get Eba away from her precious brother. When she went back maybe he started going after her even more than before and threatening her. leaving her no choice but to do what she did.

after all that was shown of Eba's feelings at the beginning of the manga. The stuff in the note just seems like complete bull

Now that I'm awake more and after reading cyber's post a thought hit me. If Eba had more feelings for the gum on the bottom of her shoe then Haruto. Why then did she react they way she did when she saw Haruto and Kanzaki holding hands? That was not a reaction from one that no longer harbors any feelings for the other...hmm I think I said that right...

Its the Festival Night confession all over again except this time,its Nanami waiting for an answer, but apart from that, everything else is the same. And I loved the Nanami character build-up until this chapter so much, she deserved a better response from Haruto

obviously there's more to it, "I have decided to forget everything that happened in Hiroshima" especially caught my eye - no way in hell Seo would create a character like that, it seems almost too obvious there's something else lingering. I guess Haruto will again try to take action to solve this secret because from his point of view with this specific sentence she also discredits all the time they and their friends had together which is ridiculous (of course we know it's not like that)

It's hard for her but so is the fate of the "second" girl, so being rejected before it really started will save her a lot more pain even though it's painful right now as well, apparently there's no way for her without. She should be glad for the lesser evil so to say.

Eba is sacrificing her own happiness for Haruto's sake, she's protecting him from the truth, that's why she's inventing these lies, it's clearly at hand - I didn't see Nanami having such an effort. I also don't like the term "deserve" here, that's not how relationships work.
