Yes, it is an official art from one of the special cards from Carddass Master 2nd. I will consider them as 'new' art since the other special cards contains arts we seen before in magazine spread etc.

Well I don't know if you can consider it as a new art It is from 2nd part of season 1 cards. Here are some scans of R2 1st part of cards:



Scans look bad, I am not used to scanner yet. I think Gino and Lelouch&C.C. cards have been posted before.
