Doubtful, she would have a lot of hate votes for already being a double champion, but if Hitagi had won Best Moe, then Mio might would have won Saimoe.

I could see Mio beating the same opponents Azusa beat (Yamada and Nodoka). But comparing Mio's first and second round with Azusa's first and second round, I think Nagi would of found a way to beat Mio whether Mio won both Best Moe and ISML or only won ISML.

While Koreans and ISML voters cares about who wins in Saimoe, I doubt majority of Saimoe voters care about who wins in Best moe nor ISML.

True. Isolationist Japs do not care about the opinions of "foreigners". After all, Saki characters did not survive well in either of the "foreign" moe brackets. Yes, I'm not very happy with their anti-foreign policy (i.e. banning regional ISPs, etc.)

I guess, a transition of LOLI Nanoha to Adult (non-hentai) Nanoha brings about the fear of transitioning to OLD Nanoha.

Well, the only way to continue loli Nanoha. It's canon to make more of adult Nanoha and friends, but they don't do well in Saimoe.
