Hatsune Miku : Project Diva

After a first appereance in 13-sai no Hello Work(Job Guidance for Thirteen-Year-Olds ), many on doujin games and in a Golf game on PC, Miku's finally obtain her own game on PSP

It’s a rhythm game which lets players win stuff and decorate Miku’s room. Beside rhythm games, you can watch her walk around.
The game have an interesting content, story and a wide customization option (Dressing, Decorate rooms etc).
Also, users can create Music Videos, Musics, and 3D animations together with Miku in this game.
Famitsu reports that the game is currently 40% finished. As I said, the game is going to be for the PSP. It would be produced by SEGA.

What makes her overrated? Because you failed to make good music with her? Or because you never even tried making music with her.

Miku is famous not because of herself, not because of her image. Its because of her music and those who create music with her voice are the people who should and are appreciated. Vocaloid is a great program and Miku being the original and most primitive version could create such beautiful music, deserves much credit.

This is her first game and she's suddenly overrated?

I for one, would definitely get this game.

If I had a PSP I'd get this game. I like Hatsune Miku and I like ryhthem games so it would be win win. I think it would be a real treat if they gave little cameos to Neru and Haku though. That would make me buy it no matter what, playable or not.

I was expecting an official site link when I click this topic.

Official site.

And ohhhh, Piapro collabo. I wonder which P's are gonna sign up for this.

Edit: Ohhh, apparently you can see who signed up for the songs with the SGソング tag on Piapro. Stratosphere is one of them. <3

It would be nice if Sega - or someone else - brought this to the West...

...but hell, I'll get it anyway!

(My new Figma Miku demands it.)

But then they'd need to either have a buncha new English songs or put translations to the lyrics? I don't know how music games work, but I don't think many of them that did got ported over uses the original Japanese songs...?

^^" Vocaloid itself never really made it across to the west, so I wouldn't count on finding this brought over. Although, I can't wait to get my hands on it.

I'm pretty sure non-game-related vocaloid pictures should go to the Vocaloid thread over in General?
